On behalf of our client, a global leader in crane rental services, heavy lifting and engineered transport, we are looking to hire 20 telescopic crane operators (𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐄𝐔 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬) in Antwerp, Belgium.
The company for the upcoming 2 years is involved in a huge industrial building project in the Antwerp harbor region. On the project site, they will deliver all kinds of hoisting services, from the smallest lift to the biggest load-out, in a safe, qualitative, and efficient way.
Requirements ❓
✅ From 25 years old & a maximum of 45 years old.
✅ Must have a basic knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics.
✅ Solid knowledge of English to ensure smooth communication on site.
✅ Hoisting / safety certificate is mandatory. A drivers License C or CE is strongly recommended.
✅ Strong experience as a telescopic crane operator, at least 3 years proven experience with 50T to 220T capacity hydraulic cranes.
What we offer 📝
☑ BELGIAN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, project based – full-time (possible in a rotation system). Estimated time: 2 years.
☑ Are you living abroad? You can work in a 6-2 rotation, then employer will provide ACCOMMODATION (shared with 1 or 2 other persons) including utilities.
☑ Paid AIR TICKET from your home country, and company car for TRANSPORT from/to workplace.
☑ We can guarantee 48 standard work hours per week, and a minimum of 40 work hours per week. Lunch 30 minutes to 1 hour ; Part of standard working time ; Not paid.
☑ We will make sure your on-boarding process goes as smooth as possible. Clear communication, thorough introduction day, providing extra safety training if necessary.
☑ Net Salary starts at 19 €/hour and go towards 21 €/hour. It’s not negotiable and is the same for every person depending on experience, no matter the country of origin + interesting benefits (e.g. group insurance, eco vouchers, year end premium, etc.

• Safety is always top-of-mind
• Daily communication with the team about the duties/ project (crane operators, riggers, supervisor)
• Assembling and dismantling the crane.
• Independently and correctly performing lifting operations.
• As a crane operator, you are responsible for your own equipment. Operating, cleanliness, first-line trouble shooting,… of the crane and all accessories.
In this position, you will report to the Supervisor. You work partly independently, as well as in a team with 1 or 2 Riggers. In addition, you will be part of big on-site operational crew: riggers, crane operators, supervisors, site managers, SHEQ coordinators.
